How to fill your Animation schedule as Manager
1. Fill out your blank Schedule with the information provided
Your groupings will depend on your program use choice. For the lifestyles program, we will likely have one group to start and see participation exponentially grow as word of mouth goes around! For the regular animation program, you will need to group all your residents.
2. You will then get this filled Draft Schedule for your review and final approval
3. Finally, I'll arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each scheduled time slot to go over a brief overview of the event, including details about the day's participation or sign-in sheet.
I ensure the safe transport of all my materials, equipment, and live animals using proper storage and transport methods. A heated delivery cart, along with secure carriers and breathable cloth coverings, guarantees their protection and comfort throughout the journey.
4. After the event concludes, take a moment to inspect the space for proper cleanup and collect the sign-out sheet, which includes notes detailing the event's proceedings.
